東京のアシェットデセールの名店として必ず名前の上がるこちら。新規予約は受けてないみたいです。この日はパフェ付スペシャルコースをいただけるという幸運。
デセールコースながら合間に魚介やお肉も出てきましたが、シェフ曰くアシェットデセールをより引き立てるための脇役なのだそうです（実際は主役級に華のあるお料理でした）。
この日のテーマはメロンとマンゴー。メロンは冷たいスープ、マンゴーはパフェとなって出てきました。それ以外にもアイスクリームやソルベ、クレープなど多種多様なスイーツのアシェットデセールを堪能。
自力では来れないけどこれはハマりそう。
