東急大井町線上野毛駅から徒歩３０秒の立地ながら、環八に面しているからか目立ちません。ワタクシ、こちらの前を何度か通ったことがありますが、気付きませんでした(^^)ゞ
ミルフィーユ（￥５１８）土日祝限定のひとしなにして焼き立て♪しかもイートイン可能とのことで、即決！パイ生地は層の間隔があいていてサクパリ食感。表面にカラメルシロップを薄く塗り、クリームの水分が沁みることを防いでいます。
サックサクのパイ生地を崩さないようにするため、ミルフィーユ君には横になってもらい、生地側面からナイフを入れます。こうすると層構造が崩れにくいパクリ～(^q^)♪パイ生地サクサク(⌒∇⌒) カスタードの粘度や量、甘さがちょうど良く、美味しく頂けました。
カフェラテ（￥４０９）マシン淹れですが、及第点は取れる。
