九品仏商店街の奥の方にある、パティスリー・サトウに伺いましたが、すでに売り切れ閉店ガラガラ(笑) 甘モノ不足でフラフラしながら、九品仏商店街をトボトボと引き返してた時です。表からコチラのショウケースが目に入り、生菓子をテイクアウトできそうな雰囲気(ﾉ≧∀≦)ﾉ 外からも目立っていた、次のひとしなをゲト♪
【サバラン､￥529】デッカイです(*^^*)♪ かつてサバリンと呼ばれていた時のような、クラシカルタイプのサバランです。生クリの上に乗った生地をパク～(^ω^)♪ 杏かな？ジャム的なものが薄く塗られています。
続いて、縦に切り出して、生クリと下の生地をパク～(^ω^)♪ ブリオッシュ生地の気泡に貯えられたシロップがジュブジュブ♡ シロップは洋酒で風味付けされ、さらにサクランボ的なフルーツのフレーバーも感じます。生クリの乳脂肪の甘さがコクを与えています。
