シェフが自ら見つけてきた食材や実家のお野菜がつかわれるなど、素材選びから丁寧に作られているお料理ばかりです。
マグロとチョリソーの組み合わせは初めてでしたが
マグロ本来の甘みとチョリソーのピリ辛が口の中で混ざり合いとても美味しかったです。
料理以外でもブランデーやグラッパについて色々とシェフに教えて頂きながら飲みながら楽しめる最高のレストランでした。
