大福のテイクアウト店 |
ローレルに伺った時、踏切を渡ってすぐの場所に見慣れぬ甘モノ屋を発見しました。和洋折衷タイプのクリーム大福の専門店です。
【クリーム大福､￥378】『凍っているので、室温で1時間くらい放置してからお召し上がり下さい。』とのこと。キッチリ室温に馴染ませました。パッケージには、『300年の伝統の技』など、大仰な文言が並んでいましたが、肝心なのは味さパクリ～(^u^)♪
大福餅はトロットロ。蕨粉を使わないタイプのワラビ餅っぽいですね。中のあんも、小倉ホイップクリームなので、餅部と合わせて全体でフワットロな食感です。全体的な風味はごくあっさりです。柔らかいだけでなく、小さくもあるので、ふた口足らずで完食。
総評：うーん、これで約400円か…。クリーム大福の老舗･喜久屋@仙台やコンビニの類似品と比較すると、コスパ的にもキビシいな。取りあえず☆無しで様子を見ましょう。
