2019年12月。頂き物です。
九品仏にある『It Wokashi』さんの和菓子です。
三重県鈴鹿市にて300年続く「大徳屋長久」が提案する
新ブランドで、第一弾は全六種の大福となっています♪
・粒餡＆クリーム
・葡萄&ラム
・烏龍＆杏仁
・抹茶&レモン
・胡麻&マンゴー
・苺＆ピンクペッパー
頂いたのは烏龍＆杏仁、抹茶＆レモン、胡麻＆マンゴー
の三種類。早速頂きました～
大福ですが、とにかく生地が柔らかですね～。
中のクリームもとてもなめらかで口あたりが良く、素材
の合わせ方も面白いし、とても気に入りました。三種類
どれも美味しかったけど、個人的には烏龍＆杏仁が一番
好みだったかも。
（残り三種もいつか食べてみたいです。）
