東京・世田谷区にあるパン屋さん。
場所は上野毛駅からすぐの角地にある。近くのシュマンでパンを何点か購入したものの、こちらのパン屋さんも気になったので入店してみる。

・ムラングカフェノワ@248円(包装形式：ポリ袋)
どうやら洋菓子屋さんの系列のようでプリンが有名らしい。通りでメレンゲ菓子(ムラング)が量産されていた訳かと納得。
昔は苦手だったメレンゲ菓子は、神楽坂のお店『オー・メルベイユ・ドゥ・フレッド』で、
すっかり好きなお菓子の部類に入ってしまった。
ここで購入したムラングカフェノワは、珈琲と胡桃入りのメレンゲ。これがとても好みの一品でまた頂いてみたくなってしまう。家でこんな大振りのメレンゲを焼くのはちょっと時間かかり過ぎそうで大変かなと思う。
逸れてしまったがパンのほうも食パン、バゲット共に好みの食感と香り&味で美味しく頂いた。
また機会あったら寄りたいな。
