【焼き菓子について】 |
木の温かみを感じるお洒落な内装。ですが店主の方がにこにことアットホームな雰囲気で、居心地のよいお店でした。
この日は今年の初の真夏日で、5月にもかかわらず少々夏バテ気味で太陽から逃れるように入店しました。普段は焼き菓子には珈琲一択！ ですがレモンスカッシュを注文しました。暑いとレモンの酸味が恋しくなるのは何故なんだろう。。
ク〜〜〜ッ！ と両目をぎゅっと瞑ってしまうような、冷たくて瑞々しいレモンの酸味。爽やかで締まりのある甘さ。そして舌の上で踊る炭酸の泡たち。これこれ。夏がきたーーー！ って感じ。(レモネードもあり、ツレはそちらを飲みました。)本当に美味しかったです。
スコーンにはクリームとジャムがついてきます。クリームには酸味と塩気もちょっとあり絶妙にタイプで美味しかったです。スコサンにしたくてアイスも追加。でもこのクリームがあまりに好きでアイスは結局ほとんど単体で食べてしまいました。
