最寄の駅というものがない、
世田谷の深沢。
住宅街の中にあるおしゃれなカフェです。
シンプルな空間。
大きなガラス窓があり、明るい店内です。
入り口脇に、クッキーなどが
陳列され、
正面には、焼き菓子が満載のケース。
これを見ただけで、焼き菓子好きとしては
テンションがあがります。
女性店主が一人で作っているそう。
毎日、これだけの種類を揃えておくとは、
本当に、ご立派。
お店の一角に、小さな焙煎機があり、
自家焙煎のようです。
キャロットケーキを見かけると、
いつも、質問します。
「レーズン入ってます？」と。
カフェのスタッフさんは、ちょっと当惑する方も
いれば、また来た、その質問、という表情の方など、
様々。
こちらの店主さんは、
わりと、無表情で、「入っていません」と。
このところ、レーズンなしのキャロットケーキが
増えているように思います。
で、いただいたもの。
１，キャロットケーキ
600円
レーズンがあまり好みではない、という
こともありますが、キャロットケーキに
レーズンが入っていると、レーズンが主張
しすぎな感があります。
こちらのは、大ぶりで、しっとりした
テクスチュア。
アイシングの加減もとても好みでした。
２，アイスラテ
600円
ペルーの豆とのこと。
すっきりした味わいでした。
交通の便がいいとはいえませんが、
こちらの焼き菓子をいただきに、
再訪したいと思います。
