今日は特別な日に親友のご一家と訪問しました。ワンオペながら、お料理は流れるよう、7000円のコースは、クスクスと柑橘ソースのさっぱりさと適度な脂の乗ったお魚が絶妙なバランスのカルパッチョに始まり、完璧な火入れで素晴らしい鮮度のカンパチとジューシーなホタテの二刀流グリル、パスタは唐辛子系、ラグー系のこれまた王道二刀流で、メインは辛味と苦味と甘味の野菜を添えたジューシーサクサクのポーク。広大な味覚のバリエーションを締めくくるデザートは、季節の栗。お皿に添えられたクリームとナッツもろとも、大人から子供まで全員がノックアウトされました。これだけのお皿が並べば、会が盛り上がらないはずがありません。時間はあっという間に過ぎました。無理を言って使って頂いたワインも、とても思い出に残る味わいでした。考えうる最高の記念日。横田シェフ、本当にありがとうございました。
