We offer dishes that you think are good for yourself, without worrying about the official style of Italian cuisine or how it should be. The hot appetizers were quite excellent in my opinion. The main course is mainly charcoal-grilled meat. The food is baked slowly and thoroughly by repeatedly baking and letting it rest. The back of lamb is grilled with the bone still attached, and when served, it is removed from the bone to make it easier to eat. Charcoal grilled food is still delicious. It was Italian Cuisine who discovered the deliciousness of charcoal grilling. In terms of being good at one thing, Italian Cuisine restaurants may be better than French cuisine restaurants, as there are many restaurants that specialize in charcoal grilling. The tiramisu is made by standing it up a la minute for a fluffy, light and airy finish. The texture of the biscuit, which doesn't contain any moisture, is a nice contrast.
