割と近場に本格ピザとビールの美味しい店があると知ったので行ってきました。
当日の電話だと入れなかったので、予約してからの訪問。
扉を開けると薪のいい匂いがします。
予約時に前菜盛り合わせを頼んでおいたので、ピザ2枚とパスタ、クラフトビールを注文。
前菜は約10種類の温冷の惣菜がぎっしり♪店員さんが一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくれます。
どれも手が込んでいて美味しいし、クラフトビールとよく合う。
ピザは焼き上がりまでに時間がかかるので、待ち時間に食べれるこの前菜は予約注文必須です。
クラフトビールはどの味も初体験で楽しく美味しく飲めました(^^)
ピザは今まで食べた中で1番美味しかったかも(*ﾟ▽ﾟ)ﾉ
パスタもドルチェもめちゃうま。
以下雑ですが、注文した品々の一口コメント。
・クラフトビール

仄かな苦味とフルーツの爽やかさが絶妙。
・My Secret Lemon Trees
しっかりとレモンが効いててさっぱりとした味わい
・Sakura Torte
苦味をあまり感じず飲みやすい。
・ピッツァ
・とろとろ生モッツァレラと半熟卵と生ハム
塩加減が絶妙な生ハムにいい感じのとろみの卵とチーズが絡んで最高に美味しいです！
・肉ピッツァ(ハラペーニョと自家製チョリソー)
おいしいですが結構辛いです。辛いのが苦手な人は要注意。
・牛ラグーとトマトソースパスタキキタッラ
お肉がほろほろになるまでしっかり煮込まれてて、麺はモッチモッチ。チーズもたっぷり乗っててボリューム満点！
・パンナコッタクラシカ
甘すぎず、仄かな苦味と甘味が絶妙！
全てのお料理がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです!
店員さんも笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれますが、お忙しそうなので、若干注文に躊躇します(^^;;
また、どうしても提供までに時間がかかっちゃうのとお値段はそこそこしちゃいますね。
ただ、それを差し引いても素敵なお店でした(^o^)/
