ずっと行ってみたかった光春に行きました。
シジミのにんにく醤油付、大根餅、豚の角煮、ルーローハンとメジャーなものを食べましたが全ての料理がとても美味しかったです。
絶対また行きたいです。

前回はその美味しさに驚き、是非また伺いたいと思っていました。

まずはお通し的なピータン豆腐からです。
ピータン豆腐と一緒に入っている豆は納豆ではなく豆豉(とうち)というらしいです。
ピータン豆腐、豆豉に絶妙な塩具合と香ばしい油。これは胡麻油かな？
ああ。光春に来れたんだ。
チンゲンサイと睡蓮菜の炒め物
シャキシャキと歯応えが良い野菜
やはり豆豉が良いアクセント
大根餅
大根餅の中には小海老。
なんだこれめちゃくちゃ美味いぞ。
小海老の味が染み込んだもちもち大根餅でした。
海老味噌豆腐
ニンニクを絡めた海老味噌にふわふわの豆腐。
最高ですね。
豚の角煮ハーフ
豚角煮は箸で切れます。
日本の豚角煮とは違う台湾テイストの豚角煮でしたが絶品でした。
冷麺
腰がある麺にクリーミーな味噌だれ
これまた絶品
杏仁豆腐
水果というカシスに似たテイストのさっぱり杏仁で終了です。
この日の個人的なベストは大根餅、海老味噌豆腐に豚の角煮ですね。
店員さんは2人いましたが料理は店長さんが1人で作っていました。
三年振りですが一目ですぐわかりました。
認めよう。この人は天才です。
