寒いし疲れたからニンニク摂取したいなぁって思い道を少し変えてこちらに来店！
「ラーメン＋海苔＋ライス」
スープ
適度に濃厚な豚鶏スープに味しっかりめのカエシがバシッと効いていて食べ応えあります！
獣臭は控えめで食べやすいです(^^)
カエシこんなにシッカリ効いてたっけかなぁ？（笑）
後半はカエシの旨味の印象が強い〜！
ご飯進むww
麺
酒井製麺さんだったと思いますが、適度な滑らかさとコシ、歯切れの良さはやはり美味しい〜！
長さが絶妙に短いんだけど、これも家系ラーメンだなぁって印象です(๑>◡<๑)
啜るぞ〜って時に終わる絶妙な長さ（笑）
チャーシュー
肉の旨味とタレのシッカリ染みたロースはしっとりしていておいし〜！
ライス
①きゅうちゃんをご飯に乗せる
②その上に豆板醤を乗せる
③スープに浸した海苔で巻いて食べる
うま～～～～～～～～～い!(^^)!
この為に来てると言っても過言ではない美味しさ！
