中が見えずとっても入りにくかったのですが、思い切って突入しました。
中はマスター1人と常連さん4人。
1人でされているのにメニューが多様で選ぶのが楽しかったです。
マスターが料理上手だと感じたのは、どれも火の入れ方、揚げ方がとてもうまかったこと！
勉強になりました。
ほっけ開き焼・・・790円→めっちゃおっきいホッケでした。
十和田バラ焼・・・780円→郷土料理。すき焼きのような甘さもいいし、何より玉ねぎがシャキシャキで旦那さんと取り合いに！
しじみラーメン・・・680円→かなり薄味。その代わりにお出汁をたくさん飲んでも罪悪感なし。
紅生姜天ぷら・・・380円→私は紅生姜は嫌いですが、カリカリの揚げ具合でとっても美味しかったです！
この日は夕方に少し食べていたので、ねぶたさんでは少ししか頼みませんでしたが、他のメニューも気になるのでまた伺います。
△なことは、店内が暗すぎて、衛生状態が不安に感じてしまいました。
でも良いお店です！
