ポップの「焼き立て」に惹かれて購入。
直径12センチほどで、高さもありボリューミー。
やや生温かい。
表面に渦巻き状にかかった砂糖が印象的。
カットするとシナモンの香りが広がる。
生地は気泡少なめでふかふか。
隙間に入っているシナモンシュガーは甘いがくどさはない。
【クリームパン】140円
手の短いグローブ型。
絵本「からすのパンやさん」に出てくる様な
濃いめの焼き色。
表面はぷっくらと張りがあり、硬め。
中は低加水。クリームを纏う生地は厚め。
黄色いクリームは程よくまったりとした甘さ。
駒場東大前駅近く、線路沿いにある店舗。
店内は隣の文房具屋と繋がっており、昭和の風情を感じる。
惣菜系、菓子系があり、どれも良い焼き色。
リーズナブルなお値段は嬉しい。
