今回4回目の訪問です。
(1回目と表示されていますが4回目です)
えごまディライトはこのお店にきたら必ず最初に注文します。
ねぎとろにライムリーフなどの薬味を加えたもので一気にエンジンかかります。
そして、生春巻きにパインセオとお野菜をふんだんに使ったヘルシー料理が続きます…
もちろん、どのお料理もワインに合う。
ワインはオーナーさんにおすすめをお聞きしながら選びます。
丁寧にご説明いただけるのでありがたい。
そして、ソフトシェルクラブが本当に美味しい。
外はパリっ中は柔らかく、ペロリといってしまいました。
締めは鶏肉のフォー。
