どの駅からも10分以上歩く松見坂エリアですが
この立地だからこその隠れ家的な名店が多く、
モダンチャイニーズやカフェが犇めいてます。
こちらはベトナム料理にナチュラル系の
ワインを提案していただけるお店。
誘っていただいて初めて知った店ですが
めちゃめちゃ良かったです。
えごまにネギトロを乗せたえごまディライト、
生春巻き、アジア野菜のにんにく魚醤炒め、
ソフトシェルクラブ、ベトナム漬物、鶏飯。
この日のベストはバインセオ。
海老、豚、モヤシを挟んだバインセオを崩して
パプリカ、レタス等の野菜類を半透明の薄い
ライスペーパーで巻いて食べる。
玉子と肉の脂、野菜とハーブの複雑な味に
パリパリした食感と魚醤のソースが相まって
人生初の最高のフィンガーフードでした。
最後は定番のフォーで〆。
ワインは四人で四本飲んで、少食ヘタレな割に
この日は量食べましたが沢山の野菜とハーブで
相殺されて翌日も全く胃もたれせず。
ベトナム料理の認識をガラッと改めさせられた
素晴らしいお店でした。
