移転後に初めて訪問させて頂きました。オーナーの夢であった「最高の居場所」が見事に具現化されており、佇まい、お料理、お酒すべてが以前の「中野四季音」から比較して昇華圧巻！！です。
外観は街の佇まいに見事にマッチングしており、隠れ家的な雰囲気がありながら入りずらい威圧感は皆無で、懐かしささえ感じる「なごみ」があります。今の時期はまだ日が長く、開店の頃はまだ明るい中でもその存在感があり、これから季節が進みにつれ雰囲気はさらに存在感を放つ事になるでしょう。
お店の雰囲気よりもお伝えしたいのは、お料理は以前よりも一手間、二手間、それ以上となっており、これはもう言葉では説明する事が出来ません。四季折々の食材を使うお料理は本当に美しく、美味しく、幸せになれます。カウンターから見る変わらずの「鬼仕事」は見事であり、その様子を見ていると自身の背筋もシャンとなります。
今はまだ開店間もないので地元の方も様子見だと思いますが、コスパは都内のそれと比較しても半分以下、これは早々に予約を定期的に入れないと行けませんね。
この様なお店と出会えた事に感謝、そんなお店です。
