住宅街の中にあって、普通に歩いてるだけじゃ気付かないような場所にありました。
テーブル席もあったようですが、やっぱりカウンター席は高級感漂います。
大将も気さくな感じで、話が合えば盛り上がりそうです。
最初の刺身数種類は、新鮮なネタなのはよく分かりましたが、格別なのかって気はします。
ウニと長芋の和物はとても合います。美味しいですが、どこのお店でもできそうな感じです。
のどぐろの焼き魚は脂がのっていてめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
蒸しタコ？は、歯応えがありつつ、身は柔らかくて、このようなタコは食べたことがありませんでした。
こはだは身がしまってて美味しいです。
穴子は身がふわふわで美味しいです。
海老は身がぎっしりしてて食べ応えあり。これもうまい。
高級寿司らしい、独創的な握り寿司があればいいと思いました。日本酒も、もうすこし高級店らしいものを取り揃えてほしいと思います。
