A restaurant where you can enjoy Okonomiyaki, Akashiyaki, and omusoba at reasonable prices. We have three types of Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). They are chewy and Okonomiyaki, unlike anything else! |
週末の13時過ぎですが先客ゼロでした。
間口は狭いものの奥行きがあります。
お好み焼きは広島風、関西風の2枚看板。
両方頼んでみました。
広島風海老チーズ入 950円
クレープ状の薄い生地ではありませんでした。
キャベツ少な目粉多め。
お好み焼きの間に麺が入っている状態で、
広島風というより大阪のモダン焼に近い。
粉末削り節でなく花かつおがいい。
関西風ギョーザ餅入 950円
餃子の姿は見つけられませんが、ひき肉と
ニラの味は確かにする。餅は多めです。
フワっとした有名店のお好み焼きとは違って
古き良き街の小さなお好み焼き屋です。
おばちゃんが作ってくれる懐かしい系。
粉が多くて見た目よりお腹にズシっときます。
昔のお好み焼きってこんなだったよなあ。
今どきのお好み焼き屋ではありませんが、
明石焼きやエノキバター、豚キムチなどの
サイドメニューが充実しているので、
鉄板焼き居酒屋の使い方がよいですね。
