下北沢で買物や散策を楽しんだついでに小腹が空いたので1人でふと立寄る。
下北沢駅駅から3分程の場所にあり、古き良き時代の雰囲気が素敵なお好み焼き屋さん。
休みの日の昼過ぎに訪問したが、スムーズに入店出来たのでラッキー。ランチを済ませた後でもあったので、軽くミックスを1枚注文。
焼きは目の前の鉄板でスタッフの方が全てやってくれるが、特段説明が無いので少し戸惑う。
周りの様子を伺いながら、いつ食べて良いのかなぁと考えながら待つことに（笑）
スタッフの方は忙しげに各テーブルを回りながら細かい工程でしっかり蒸し焼きに。
そして、辛子マヨネーズの有無を確認されたあと、焼き上がりましたとにっこり。
目の前の四角いお好み焼きは、ソースの香ばしさを振りまき、期待値は高まる。
小分けにされたお好み焼きを一口頬張ると、熱々で火傷しそうになりながらも、箸が全く止まらなくなる。
外はカリッと香ばしく、中はふわふわモッチリのお好み焼きは、また自分のベストを更新。
具材もたっぷり入っており、色んな食感も楽しめる。
この美味しさを家族と共有出来ないのが、残念。
