何度か行っているこちら。投稿は初。だけど、この日は時間がなくてドリンクのみ。
クラフトコーラ@600
アイスコーヒー@500
クラフトコーラ。数種のスパイスで仕上げられたコーラ。一口でふわっとスパイスの香り。シナモンやクローブなどの主張ある強めの香りが良い存在感。甘さは普通のコーラよりもすっきりとして、余韻のスパイス感がいいです。
アイスコーヒーはクリアな喉越し。苦味も酸味も抑えられて、みずみずしい味わいなので、食事にもぴったり。

フードはパスタがメイン。おつまみもちょこちょこ。
パスタは生麺で、もっちもち。この透明感のあるもちもちパスタの食感がかなり好き。
メニューは基本3〜5種類くらい。明太子・オイルベース・トマトベース・カルボナーラetc.で、日替わり？で合わさる具材が変わります。夏には冷製も登場。
私のお気に入りは明太子。もっちもちのパスタへの明太子とオイルの絡みつきに病みつき。ちょっとスープ感のあるソースが程よく水分を加えてくれて食べやすい。
具材で好きなのは豆腐orクリームチーズに、かぶ、トマトなどの野菜。豆腐もクリチも大胆な崩し方、野菜も大ぶりのカットで、食感が残されているのがいいのです。でも、最近は見かけない。
サラダは必須。シャキシャキで、シンプルさっぱりな自家製ドレッシングの絡みがいい。
おつまみで好きなのは長芋とベーコンのソテー。シンプルながら、シャキッとした歯応えは絶妙の仕上がり。これも、最近は見ないような。きのこのマリネもシンプルで良いです。
スイーツはバナナシフォンがお気に入り。ふわっとした軽めの仕上がりで、甘みがナチュラル。
書いていたらまた食べたくなってきた。今度は時間にゆとりを持っていこう。
