日本酒が色々あるというお店の話をどこかで聞き、早速訪問してみたのがうぶ。
1階に「うぶたこ」という創作たこ焼き専門居酒屋があるので、同系列店の様ですね。
うぶは海鮮たこ専門の居酒屋という訳ではなかったです。
店内はカウンター、テーブル、お座敷がありますが20席もないくらいの小さめのお店。
今回は座敷へ。
入ってすぐあっという間に満席になりました。
バンドマン風の人々が打ち上げで残りの座敷席等をほぼ使われていました。
飲み放題付きで3,500円からコースがあるのでかなりお値段は安めです。
しかし3軒目くらいでお腹は一杯で飲み放題外の日本酒が色々飲みたかったので今回はアラカルトに。
日本酒は1合1,000円~1,300円とこの界隈の平均お値段。
4~5種類いただきました。
白レバータタキ500円
ここの白レバーはかなりおススメです。
新鮮で濃い味わいなので日本酒が進みまくります。
食べた後もしばらく口の中に旨味が残るくらい。
1人1皿でもいいかも。
塩盛りぎんなん420円
熱々ぷりぷりで出してくれる。
好みで塩をつけて日本酒を煽りますが、上級者はこの塩だけで日本酒を…
スタッフの日本酒に関する知識もあり、おつまみが美味しいのでついつい飲み過ぎてしまいました。
殆ど食べていないのに日本酒で結構いいお値段に。
