日曜の早めの夕飯。
海鮮を食べたいけど、寿司ではないんだよな〜って思いこちらに。
18時前にもこかわらず、団体やカウンターにお客さんがちらほら。
店内は決して広くないです。
料理はとても丁寧で、居酒屋のクオリティと言うより小料理屋ですね。
生グレサワーを注文しスタート。
いぶりがっこクリームチーズをオーダー。
クリームチーズがとろっとしていて、なめらかな口あたりに対していぶりがっこの歯応え。
白レバー
これは絶対にオーダー必須です。
臭みがなく、一緒についてるニンニク醤油をつけるとより濃厚な感じに。つけなくても美味しい。
チーズチヂミもチーズがしっかりのってて、丁寧な仕事を感じます。
刺身は本マグロ、ブリ、サーモンをオーダー。
どれも脂がのってる。特にブリがカットの厚み含めてgood！
最後はブリの生ハム。
どんなもんかな？と思いきや、燻してるのかな？スモーク感を感じつつ、食感はねっとり。
添えてあるブラックペッパーを噛んでから口に入れるとなお味わいを感じます。
次回は日本酒、焼酎をいってみたいと思います。
