肉の名店があると言われ下北沢へ。駅からはほんと目と鼻の先で便利。
今回はアラカルトですが、コースのがお得なんだとか、、、
仕入れから一切お肉を冷凍せず質にこだわっているんだそうです。→社長が自らフロアに立って色々教えてくれます。
最後に出してくれたネクタイ。出す店によって結構肉の感じが変わるのだと大発見でした！！
