昼飯食った後に古着屋ブラブラして、そろそろ行くかってタイミングで気になってたベビーカステラの店、青いレンガを見つけて思わず注文。
20ピースにするか生クリームフォンデュにするか迷って、生クリームフォンデュの方に。
もう店の前に立ってるだけで殺人的ないい香り……ベビーカステラの香りって頭の中ベビーカステラしか考えられんくなるくらい支配的な香りよなぁ〜笑(言い過ぎ)
持ち帰りかその場で食べるか聞かれて、すぐ食べますって言ったら焼きたてを仕上げてくれました◝( '꒳' *)◜
型からポンポン丸っこいカステラが出されるの可愛い。
出来たてほかほかのベビーカステラは表面がサクっと、って程ではないけど柔らかい訳ではない……と言った、俺の語彙力じゃ表現できない絶妙な食感で美味かった( *¯ ꒳¯*)
口に入れてもめっちゃいい香りだし、生クリームの甘さとカステラ自身の甘さと、でもくどさは感じさせないと言った良い塩梅。
