外観も内装も赤を基調としていて、明るく楽しげな雰囲気。
テーブルが広めで席もゆったりしていてくつろげます。
【客層】
30代から50代くらいまでのグループが数組。
雰囲気からして女性向のお店と思いきや、意外にも男性比率が高かったです。

『馬バル』ならではの料理を注文しました。
どの馬料理も、臭みがまったくなく食べやすかったです。
特に馬肉の唐揚げは珍しさもありヒット！ジューシーで美味♪
馬グリルは、脂っこくなく上品な美味しさ。
馬グリルと馬刺しはタレが二種類出てくるので、違う味が楽しめて◎。
赤ワインとの相性も良く、つい飲みすぎてしまいました(*^^*)
馬以外では鶏肉のアヒージョをいただきました。
具だくさんでバケットもついていてこちらも大満足。
【接客】
ハキハキして感じの良いスタッフさんが接客してくれました。
タイミングをみてくれているのか、料理も一気に来るのではなく
良いペースで来たのがとても好印象。
【まとめ・感想】
珍しい馬メニューをたくさん食べれて大満足でした。
居酒屋やスパニッシュ的なバルにやや飽きたら是非「馬バル」、おススメです。

前回は夜でしたが、今回はちょと遅めのランチで利用しました。
下北沢にある美味しい馬肉のバル。
（馬肉以外の料理も結構ありましたが）
まずは前菜の盛合せ（980円）。
レバーパテや、野菜のソテー等々、一つひとつが凝っていて、これで980円はお得感があります。
馬肉のフリットは以前食べて美味しかったので迷わず注文。
しゃれオツな盛り付けで、味は変わらずジューシーで美味しい♪
そして私の中での今回のヒットは豚のポルケッタ。
全然こってりしていなくて、さっぱり食べられます。塩加減も絶妙。
添えられていたポテトとピンクペッパーを乗っけて食べると尚Good。
一口食べて、これはワインだなと、グラスワインもオーダー。ゴールデンウイークだしいっか(笑)
ピノノワール最高♪
ゆったりとした店内で、美味しい料理とワインで至福の時間♪♪
夕飯のことも考えて軽めに…と思っていましたが、美味しすぎて食べ過ぎてしまった…^^;
また再再訪します。
