料理のクオリティー、ドリンクのラインナップ、スタッフのサービス。凄く良い店舗でした。
雰囲気はカジュアルなんだけど、料理に拘りを感じる店舗です。
土曜日の17時頃入店。店内はほぼ満席です。
まずはビールを注文です。銘柄はなんとペローニ。
初めて樽生をいただきましたが、味はもとより贅沢な気持ちにさせてくれますね。
なかなか置いてある店舗が無いので、これだけでポイント上がります。
さてビールでテンションは上がったのですが、料理もテンションが上がるラインナップでした。
色々食べました。全ての料理に言えることは、手作り感を感じる料理だったという事です。
調理スタッフのセンスには頭が下がります。
特に印象に残った料理はというと、、、
１：馬肉とアボカドタルタル
人気ナンバー2。これはユッケですね。卵黄、馬肉、アボカドのマリアージュは最高でした。盛り付けもGOOD。
２：トローリ玉子の馬コロッケ
ジャガイモ感、手作り感を感じます。見た目はグラタンのようです。ぐちゃぐちゃにミックスして食べるのですが、これは美味いです。
３：馬肉ハンバーグ
馬肉なので少し固めですが、肉肉しい感じのインパクトがハンパないです。
４：和牛 炙り三貫
肉の上にウニ、キャビア、プレーンが乗っていて不味いわけがありません。和牛の旨味を最高に味わえます。
５：ラム肉のグリル
柔らかい。ラムの臭みもほとんどなく、肉汁豊富、ジューシーな料理でした。
６：馬ミートソース タリアテッレ
ラザニア、胡椒と馬肉の旨味が最高でした。
他色々食べましたが、全ての料理の味、盛り付け素晴らしいです。
スタッフの下げ膳、皿の取り換え、料理の説明も素晴らしかったです。
カジュアルなお店なので、子連れでも行きやすいと思います。
