いつもの世田谷公園で小人間と遊んだ後こちらへ
なぜならこちらでは
イタリアンビールの
ペローニ・ナストロアズーロの樽生が呑めるみたいだからだ
ペローニ社はイタリアでシェアNO1のビールメーカーであり
青いリボンという名のナストロアズーロは
プレミアムブランドで
副原料にコーンを使用しているのが特徴
アルコール度数は４．５～５．５％と
幅があるのがイタリアらしいところだ
店頭にチャリを止めさせていただき
開店直後に入店
まだ空いているように見えるが
後から来たお客さんは予約で満席と断られていた
食べログさんで高評価だし
ネット予約可能な人気店は予約しないとダメのようだ
入口近くのテーブル席に通していただき着席
さっそくナストロアズーロとオレンジジュースを発注
ベジファーストでタマネギと生ハムマリネ、野菜のグリル
ナストロアズーロは欧米式の泡なしで到着
わかってらっしゃる、泡までうまいなんてのは
量を減らしたいための口実で
ナンセンスだ
さっそく５９５９呑んでみる、うまい
わたしなら同じイタリアのモレッティが味わいが薄くて苦手なんだが
これはホップの苦みは少なめだが切れがあるのに味わいがある
スーパードライを2段階おいしくしたようなビールだ
そしたら本日の肉メヌーから
牛サーロイン
馬ハラミ
ラム肩ロース
サーロインはレア気味で登場、肉肉しくてうまい、さっそく小人間からおかわりコールが出るも
まだ他にも肉が来るということで却下
馬ハラミはあっさりしている、やや噛み応えがある
ラム肩ロースは臭みもなくおいしい、サフォーク種だそうだ、
えっサフォーク種なの
羊の種類には詳しくない私でも知ってるサフォーク種とは……
なぜ知ってるかと言えばサフォーク種と言えば顔が黒い羊
つまりひつじのショーンじゃないか、
ショーンを食っちまっただ
ショーンは粘土だけどｗ
肉バルなんで、
ミートパイ……肉肉しくておいしいチーズ入りだったかな
ミートソースタリアテッレ……ミートソースが下でパスタが上、馬肉のようだった
からの甘いものをいただいて撤収
さすがに何を食べてもそつなくおいしかった
後半は満席で、満席となるとそうとうにワイワイガヤガヤ系となる
ふだんはレストランで小人間が大声を出さないように注意するが
ここでは無問題でよかった
