ハンバーグは、引き肉のキメが粗くて、嚙みごたえがばっちりで、お肉を食べている感じがしっかりしました。
ランチにツレと訪問しました。

をシェアして頂きました。
ランチには
スープと
パンかライス
それとデザートがついています。
スープは
具沢山で、サイコロ状の野菜がたくさん入っていました。
味が普通でした。
ハンバーグは
引き肉のキメが粗くて、嚙みごたえがばっちりで
お肉を食べている感じがしっかりしました。
やや小さめにナイフで切り分けてソースをしっかり絡めて頂きました。
とても美味しかったです。
馬ハラミの方も
お肉がとても柔らかく、ソースがとても美味しくて
ボリュームもたっぷりあってとても美味しくて
お得な感じがしました。
ハンバーグと、ハラミ、とてもおすすめです。
添えられている野菜は
どちらも同じでした。
野菜は素揚げされていて、
野菜のおいしさがしっかり出ていて良かったです。
食後のデザートは杏仁豆腐。
甘さ控えめで柔らかい好きなタイプの
杏仁豆腐でした。
こちらも美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした。
ハンバーグもハラミも美味しかったです。特にソースがかなり好みでした。

をオーダー。
ランチセットには
サラダとスープと
ライスかパン
が付いています。
サラダにはキノコのソテーがのってます。
エリンギの食感と、サラダのドレッシングの相性が良く美味しかったです。
スープも、具沢山でヘルシーな感じです。
具材は、キノコと、芽キャベツとキャベツ。
そして、メイン。
ハンバーグの弾力がすごいです。
焼き方はかなりしっかり焼いてる感じ。
食べてる時に噛みしめる感じがとても良いです。
肉を食べてる感がある。
そしてデミグラスソースが、これもまたかなりしっかりした味付けで美味しかったです。
ハラミのボリュームもかなりの物。
こちらのニンニクソースも、絶妙な美味しさでした。
肉200グラムにして良かったです。
肉の旨味を感じられました。
ハンバーグも、ハラミもどちらもとても美味しかったです。
ともに、ソースがかなり好みでした。
他の料理もなんだか気になります。
機会があれば夜にも訪問してみたいです。

馬肉ハンバーグと

をシェアしていただきました。
これらメインディッシュのおいしさは
変わらずとても美味しかったです。
今回は
これにプラス
サラダブッフェを追加しました。
わずか400円プラスするだけで
なんとも美味しい野菜が食べ放題なんて！
スナップエンドウとか
ちょっと変わったカリフラワー的なものとか
山芋の揚げたのとか
インゲンや
パプリカなどなど。
よくある王道のお野菜だけでなく
ちょっと珍しい野菜もあって
しかも美味しい という。
これまで
サラダブッフェをつけてなかったことを後悔する美味しさでした。
これまでは
下北沢には
お芝居を観るために来てましたが
このお店のランチを頂くために来るようになりそうです。
