久々の友人たちと気軽に飲み。
肉が食べたいというリクエストをもらったはいいが、焼肉は違うという要望。
そうなってくると選択肢としてはこの時代、肉バルがうってつけかなと。
下北沢は開発してからわかりづらくなっているけど、本多劇場からこちらのお店はすぐなので分かりやすかった。
ちょっと路地入るお店だけども、祝日だから？ほぼ満席。こんなにお店がある街でこの人入りはすごい。平日でも予約した方がいいかもしれないですね。

黒板に料理がたくさん書かれていて、そして、メニュー表にも美味しそうな料理。
かなり品数あります。
ちょっと乾杯しながら考えましょう！
◆ミモザ、スプリッツァー、スパークリング
みんなそれぞれ、ワインカクテルやら泡やら。
それもそう、ワインカクテルやスパークリングカクテルがたくさん種類あったので、惹かれてオーダーしたのだ。
◆前菜盛り合わせ
提供されて、うぁー！って声出てしまいました。
見た目からとっても美味しそうなんですもの。
何種類あるのでしょうか。その日によって違うかもだけど8種類も乗ってました。
鶏胸肉のテリーヌ
菊の花のビネガー
かぼちゃのハーブマリネ
山芋のアンチョビ
など。
名前からしてどれもこれも一手間加わっている感じしませんか？
手作りしてるからか、それぞれの味付けがバリエーション豊かで、見た目だけでなく舌の上でも楽しいのです。
3人でこの量でしたがペロリです。
2名だったら多分2名の量なのではないかな。人数分で聞いてみたらいいかもですね。
◆馬肉とアボカドのタルタル
響きがいいですねー。頼んでしまいますねー。
盛り付け綺麗です。が、卵黄を潰してまぜまぜします。
馬のユッケですが、牛のユッケと言われたらそう思ってしまうほど食べやすく美味しい。
通常の卵黄だけのユッケとは違って、アボカドの甘みとまろやかさがとてもいいです。
◆肉ずし4貫（いくら、うに）
うにもいくらも生臭くなく、肉バルだけど魚介もいける。
肉は新鮮ですね。
どれか１つが主張強いとかではなく、バランスが取れています。
いやー贅沢ですね。
◆グリル盛り合わせ
霧島豚、仔羊、鶏の3種の盛り合わせ。
300g 2980円というお値段に惹かれてオーダーしました。
安いですよね？
で、お値打ちなだけでなく、どれもお肉は柔らかくて美味しいのでいい意味で意表をつかれました。
霧島豚は低温調理しているのかと思うほど柔らかく、そして甘みがあるお肉で、牛サーロインのような味わいと食感におどろきました。
仔羊はタタキのようにレア。三種三様で変化があってそれがまた良かった。
◆カマンベールのポテトグラタン
チーズ食べたいねと言ってチーズ系から１つ。
カマンベールがスライスされているのが珍しいです。その下に、玉ねぎ、ベーコン、そしてポテトが隠れています。具材たっぷりのポテトグラタン。

友人は今日イチ！と。
いやいや、こんなに美味しいお肉や料理食べてきて、デザートが今日イチか笑
でも、それほど美味しいのです。
ふわっふわで、とろっとろ。
チョコケーキは生チョコみたいでびっくり。
濃厚でしっとり
カフェならまだしも飲み屋さんでこんなにデザートが美味しいってすごい。
女性はたまらないだろうなー。
□□□ 総 評 □□□
ワインのボトルも豊富だけど、ワインカクテルが豊富なのっていいですね。飲みやすいので、さっぱりした物を飲みたい時には最適。
品数が多いけど、どれもこれもハズレなし。前菜から、メインのお肉から、一品料理、デザートまで。肉ガッツリもいいけど、ワイン飲みながらつまみ食べてしっぽりという使い方もいいですね。
人気店だと思うので、予約していったほうがいいかもです。
女性やデート利用だけでなく、男同士も違和感ないし、グループ利用も普通にできそうです。
