冬の週明けは、建物が冷え切って居て結構寒いです。それがしの職場も、元倉庫ということもあるのでしょうか、週明けはまるで冷蔵庫状態であります。足が冷えてしょうがないので、何か汗が出るようなものを食べに行こうと、以前から目を付けていたこちらのお店を訪問しました。韓国には２度ほど行きましたが、美味しかったのが参鶏湯と純豆腐チゲ。ここでは純豆腐チゲをいただくことにしました。お店に入るとすぐに、メニューが開かれ、早速注文。あれ？水が無いぞ、と思ったらセルフでした（苦笑）今回は純豆腐チゲのランチを注文。さっそくサラダとおかずがやってきます。サラダ、なかなかに美味い。おかずは玉子焼き、キムチ、葱のお浸しですが、いずれも少量でございました。そして純豆腐チゲ登場。おお、ここは沸騰中でやってきました。これでなくては！そして、ご飯は小盛にしましたが、普通盛りでもよかったかなぁ。とりあえず、紙エプロンを装着の上、さっそく実食です。うむうむ、熱くて辛くて美味い！！これぞ純豆腐チゲであります。あさり貝が３個、豚肉大量、生卵１個が入って居ます。他に野菜類も豊富に入っておりました。これは
美味いです。寒い日なのに大汗をかいて終了。こういう料理が韓国料理の醍醐味であると思いました。なかなかに美味しいチゲでした。夏には冷麺を食べに来たいと思います。ごちそうさま！！
