「おばんざい×ナチュラルワイン」という組み合わせに惹かれて気になっていた下北沢のビストロ。
ナチュラルワインが好きな友人を誘って、食べログから予約して伺いました。
木のあたたかみのある店内で、ところどころにドライフラワーが飾ってあったりとかわいい雰囲気のお店でした。
おばんざいなので、料理はすべてお箸でいただきます。
焼き帆立とクランベリーを合わせてギリシャヨーグルトで和えたり、生麩と牡蠣とブラータチーズに甘辛い味噌をかけて田楽にしたりと、食材の組み合わせが斬新でとても美味しかったです！
ワインは基本的にはナチュラルワインで、グラス¥900から楽しめました。
ワイン3杯ずつと前菜4品にメインと〆で1人¥8,000ちょっとだったので、値段の割にはもう少しお料理にボリュームがあってもいいのかなと思いましたが、とにかく食材の組み合わせがとっても素敵でした！！
季節によってまた食材がガラリと変わると思うので、ぜひまた違う時期にお伺いしてみたいお店です。
