毎週最近訪れる下北沢へ11時半前で待ち列6名。8名席だったのでギリギリ一巡目。
悩んだ末に特製塩を注文。薄目のチャーシューと海老ワンタンがトッピングされ、スープはあっさり目な上品な味わい。
そしてなんと言っても特徴的なのは極太ちぢれ麺。弾力性もありスープによく絡み味を引き立てます。
スープまで完飲してしまうほどの味わいでした。店員さんも元気の良い感じで雰囲気含め名店です。ご馳走様でした！
