サニーデイサービスの曽我部さんのお店ということで、気になり訪れました。
チキンカレー&あいがけキーマを注文。
先ず、見た目の綺麗さ。唯一無二の盛り付けデザインです。
スパイスの良い香り漂う中、口にすると、甘み&旨みを感じます。あとからピリっとスパイスがきますが、それほど辛くはありません。テーブルにお好みで辛さを足せるよう香辛料が置いてありました。
チキンはとても柔らかい。スプーンでほぐれました。飾りのようにみえる人参は、優しい甘さで美味しい。口の中はスパイスで広がっている中、甘さの味変が良かったです。
美味しくて完食するとお皿に絵が。お皿によって絵が違いました。小さな店舗ですが、一つひとつこだわりが感じられて楽しく、美味しかったです。
