8日ぶりの再訪問です。
よく通っていたお店なので、再開後、またよく通い始めてます的な感じですかね。
前に3名並びあり。
カウンターも埋まっていたようで、２Fに案内されました。
以前は贅沢に1卓使えた記憶もありますが、相席＝グリル共有体験は初で焦るも、
エリアを侵食することなく気遣いながら、焼きました。
Cセットの後は、味噌とタレとハツのハーフをお替り。
小食なので大体これで満足。35分くらいの滞在かな？
でも焼き立て焼肉はやっぱりウマいのでした。

Personally, I'm quite addicted to this store, and I remember going there at least twice a week. However, it has been closed for a long time and I thought it would never reopen, but to my surprise, it has reopened. Well, I have no choice but to go. It's been 12 months since I've been there, so I'm a bit nervous, but I'm also wondering if it'll be okay to line up. When I visited, there was no line and I was able to enter the store. It seems that the menu structure has not changed. However, please note that additional orders have been changed to via smartphones. It's like doing it on LINE. I ordered set C at Mochi no Ron. Served immediately. Oh, what a nostalgic visual. Quick grilling system. Reba heart is absolutely delicious. Refills are half miso and half heart. That's all for this time, but I'm happy that they've reopened, and I'm really happy with the 1000 yen price, so I'm sure I'll be visiting again soon. Thank you for the meal.

I came across this store in the first half of last year and fell in love with it, but I guess it's because of the recent staff shortage, as they've only been open for a limited time lately, so I haven't been able to visit it much, but the timing matched, I was able to visit. And I met Hatsu and Lever C for the first time in a while. Serves food in 2 seconds. Unchanging visuals and unchanging taste. Well, it's delicious. For refills, try half miso and half heart. I was able to immerse myself in those 45 minutes, concentrating on baking with all my might, eating with all my might, and constantly baking. The price has increased by 30 yen from before, but it's only 1000 yen, so I think it's a great store. Thank you for the meal.

I was thinking of selecting C for the heart and lever, but I guess I was out of heart that day...I'm sure. So instead of heart, I chose shio-koji chicken, and my companion chose pork loin. It might be better to have a companion so you can enjoy a variety of flavors. You can immerse yourself in the 45 minutes of concentrating on baking, eating with all your might, and constantly baking. I usually run out of energy after about 30 minutes, but I think it's really recommended for people with big stomachs. Thank you for the meal.

以前より気になっていたこちらのお店へ初訪問です。
下北沢駅からすぐの場所。
よい立地ですね。
ランチの時間に訪問。外待ちそこそこだったので、接続しましたが、60分くらい待ちました。
これはタイミングを計算する必要あるなと思いつつ、入店。
1ロット45分のようです。
オーダーは、A,B、Cから選んで、その後は食べ放題。
ハツとレバーのCをセレクト。
ついでに瓶ビールも頼んじゃいました。
基本全部食べ放題なので、食メインの方は、ドリンクは・・・。
私はビールとちびちびと肉を食らいました。
ほぼ待ちなしで配膳。
ビジュアル見た瞬間、レバーの角の立具合、ハツの感じ、うまいやつを確信。
じゃんじゃん焼きます。
うーん、旨いなぁ。
塩ダレが抜群ですね、これは無限に食べられそう。
ハツも歯ごたえと、味が良いですね。
お分かりは味噌を。
これも米が進む系です。
あっという間に完食。

8日ぶりの再訪問です。
営業再開も認知されつつあるのか、並びも発生し気味な感じです。
ここはホントタイミング次第なので、運ですね。
おそらく皆さん入店すると40分は粘ると思われますので。
この日はまずはCセット。
お替りは味噌とタレ、スープと鶏。
そんな感じでお腹いっぱいいっぱい。
個人的には、がぁっーっと焼きまくり、食べて、サクッとお会計な使い方が良いと思ってます。
