甘すぎず苦すぎず不思議な調和。
メンマ：柔らかく、優しい辛さ。
きゅうりの漬物：塩麹漬けだろうか。
唐揚げ：細粒のコショウだけでなく、爽やかなスパイスが良い刺激。
全体的にスパイスやハーブなどのシーズニングが効果的。
【感想】
満腹になる量ではないが、料理にはこだわりを感じる。
