明大前の【ソウル苑】にきた。
よくインスタグラマーが【極ネギタンサンド】をあげているお店。
平日で1人の夜利用だがすんなり入れた。
食べログの評価も良く気になっていたため、今日は以下のものを注文。

炭火ではなくロースター。
まずは、塩ネギタンサンド。
1品1品値段は高いがボリュームはある。
極ネギタン塩は焼くのがむずい。せっかく挟んであるのに食べる時にはほぼネギゼロ。笑
この値段なら1枚くらい店員さんに焼いて欲しいなあ。そして、肉質ですが、やはり都内の名店と比べると劣るかな。唯一良かったのはハラミ。
これは柔らかく美味しかった。
ボリュームがメインで個人的にはあまり良さがわからなかった。インスタグラムのチカラって凄いなあ。
