よく行列が出来ているので、、、日曜の開店時間である11時の20分前に来訪。既に5名ほどの行列が出来ており、ギリギリ一巡目で入店。
老舗の中華そば屋を思わせる風貌であるが、店内は小綺麗でL字カウンターの9席程のシンプルな作り。
主なメニューは支那そばとつけそば、ワンタンスープ。そこに肉か海老のワンタン、焼豚を乗せるか否かでいくつかメニューを選べる。餃子やビールなども注文出来る。
ここの店の良さを存分に味わいたく、ミックスワンタンメンにたまごをつけて即注文。
ワンタンと麺を茹でる大釜から湯気が出ており、調理工程の全てがカウンターから見え、食欲を唆る。白衣を着た店主が丁寧に、そして段取り良く、わんたんと麺を茹で上げ、各席に着丼させていく。
藍色の丼には醤油色のスープが良く映え、中細麺が綺麗に整えられている。そこによく焼き上げられた焼豚、味付け煮たまご、海老と肉ワンタンが三つずつ並べられており、ビジュアルが完成されている。
煮干しの旨みが凝縮され、魚介と動物系のバランスが調和している醤油スープに中細麺が良く合う。硬さもちょうど良く、昔ながらを感じさてくれる支那そばである。もちもちのワンタンは海老も肉も具材がごろっと入っており、食べ応えも抜群。
昔ながらの懐かしさを覚える支那そばに抜群に旨いワンタン。見た目の良さはさることながら、全体のバランスが整っており食べ応えも充分な一杯。40年以上の歴史があってもなお、行列が出来る理由がよく分かるお店。
