久々に感動
テイクアウトでお世話になってましたが、先日実際に店舗に伺いました。開店10分前には予約客の列でいっぱいに。土曜日という事もありそうですが、予約は事前にした方が良いと思います。
ちなみにに私は子供込みの3名でしたが当日の朝予約でギリギリセーフでした。
店の雰囲気が良いのはパッと見で分かります。異国感が漂う店舗は体感満足度をあげてくれます。
また、驚いたのは店員さん一人一人の優秀さ。気配りが行き届き、料理の順番までこちらの状況(子連れ)に合わせて考えてくれました。
料理はというと、看板のピザは勿論、一品一品がとても美味しい。材料が惜しげもなく使われてていて素材を堪能できます。パスタなど挑戦できなかったものも多数あるのでまた訪れます。お酒も良かったな。
次を期待させてくれる店
初めて出したが、テイクアウトで利用しました。
絵力が凄いのと、雰囲気からまあ美味しいんだろうなというのは分かります。
値段も一般的な価格帯。
数あるピザの中から、店の名前を冠した、ピッツァ・ピッコラ・ターヴォラと魚介のフリットを頼みました。
先ず、フリット。
惜しげもなく大ぶりに切られたイカのフライが甘くて凄く美味しいです。小魚や海老なども定番のレモンでお酒とよく合います。揚げたてを食べたらもっとカリっとしてうまいんだろうなという感じ。
続いてピザ。
初回でトマトソースベースではないものだったので攻めすぎたかなと思ったんですが、これがいけました。
生ハムがこれでもかとのっており、複数のチーズとハチミツかな？で仕立てた甘い生地にクレソンとミニトマト、あとオリーブオイル。耳は厚め生地は薄めのタイプでこれがナポリなのか！と堪能しました。
文句なしの旨さで塩味や甘さのアクセントから酒のお供に凄くいいなと思いました。
定番のマルゲリータも頼んでみたいし、店内がやっぱり雰囲気あるので次回は店で食べたいですね。
この日も結構お客さん入ってましたよ。

久しぶりに訪問しました。
相変わらずピザは唯一無二で美味しかった。偶に食べたくなるんですよね。しかし、全体的に質が落ちた印象。かつては気配りと好対応が印象的だった店員の皆様も一般的なアルバイトの学生さんっぽくなっており、ここでの魅力が一つ損なわれたなと一抹の寂しさを覚えた。また、フリットの魚がとても臭った。元々魚の臭みには敏感なので調子が悪かっただけかもしれませんが。いずれにせよ、久々の再訪はあまり良いものではなかったです。こうして足が遠のくんだろうな。
