浜田山の病院に訪問した流れで、永福町でピザを。近くのマッシモタッビオさんと直前まで悩んだが、雨もひどくたまたま駐車場も近かったこちらに決定。
水牛ブッラータのマルゲリータと、ピッコラターヴォラというお店の名前を冠するホワイトピザを注文。記事もナポリ風とオリジナルと選べるので、１種類づつ注文。
まずマルゲリータが到着、これはうまい。チーズの香りが濃厚で、サクサクの記事の塩味がベストマッチ。続いて出てきた生ハムとルッコラのピザが、見た目からしてやばい。一切れ取ってみると、生ハムがかじっただけで自然にキレていく柔らかめのパルマ風で、ハムの塩っぽさがルッコラ・チーズと完全にマッチングしている。
ちょっと離れたエリアだが、このために足を延ばしてもいいなあ。
