日本のおばちゃんの作る中華料理
東京・永福町にあります。
地元なので実は毎日前を通っているのですが、入ったことがないし、だいたい店が一杯になる程混んでいるのを見たことがない(^_^;)
でも勿論気になってはいました。
酸辣湯麺950円
メニューの一番上に書いてあるし外に看板も出してる。
話が飛びますが、会社の社食でたまに出てくる酸辣湯麺。何気に好きなメニューです。
で、美味しい酸辣湯麺が食べたい！と何件か回って見ましたが、思ったほど美味しくないしなんか違う。
ちょっと本格的過ぎるのでしょう。
こちらの酸辣湯麺は、取っ手付きの土鍋に入って出てきます。ふ～ん。。。
表面は真っ赤。
これはラー油ですね。
麺はインスタントラーメンの雰囲気のある細麺縮れ麺。
スープに良く絡んでいい感じです。
トッピングに青菜。
青梗菜かな？
違う気もしますが、私にはよくわかりません。
多分椎茸なども入って軽く卵でとじられていて、まあ普通に美味しいです。
スープだけ飲むと、社食のスープに近い♪
酸味も辛味も程々。
途中からラー油とお酢を足しましたが、特にお酢は入れすぎると良くないですね。
楽しく最後まで飲み干させて頂きました。
お店はおばちゃんが独りでやってました。
お袋の味ですかね。

Located in Eifukucho, Tokyo. Rather, it's a Chinese Cuisine restaurant where locals and people from the Keio Bus Depot next door go for a quick dinner and a drink for lunch or on the way home. There are various menus, but the Sichuan-style menu stands out. Lots of Noodles too. They also have fried rice. This time, we finished off the drinking party with Dandan noodles for 880 yen. The chili oil floating in the milky white tonkotsu soup stands out. The spiciness is also the spiciness of chili oil. And curly thin noodles. Probably the same noodles are used for all types of noodles, but am I the only one who always thinks of instant Ramen? The good thing about this restaurant is that you can easily order it.
