浜田山駅を出て右。
セブンイレブンの角、鎌倉街道を右。
250mほどで左側にお店がある。
2階なので見失わないように。
右側厨房周りにカウンター、左側に小上がりがあります。
結構広めの店内です。
注文はパウチされてお勧めになっていた「特製おろしそば」。
つけダレの大根はケチってなくて良いですね。
カイワレの苦味と天かすの食感が良いアクセントです。
肝心のそばは街そば屋のそれと変わらない。
綺麗に整えられた切り口、柔らかめの食感、香り弱め。
製麺機が店内にあったようですが、手打ち感はゼロでした。。
そば粉100%の栗山そばにすれば良かったです。。
ご夫婦と思われる店員さんの感じはすごく良かったです。
再訪の機会があれば栗山そばに挑戦します。
