同日に浜松町のタイ国専門食堂で「ガバオ炒め」を食べて
から杉並の永福町に仕事、最寄駅は西永福です、帰りに店前を通ると
２３：００なのにまだ営業していたので寄ってみることにしました。店名は
ネパーリ チューロです。
店は京王井頭線の西永福を降りて井頭通りを渋谷方面に右折して少し行った
右側にあります。
そんなにお腹は減ってないのに入店したのは「ネパール伝統家庭料理専門」
の文字が気になったからで、永福町には次回はいつ来るか解らない事もあり
行けそうな時に行っておこうと思った次第です。
店内は一階と二階にも席があり、二階は宴会をやっているようで楽しそうな
笑い声が聞こえましたが、一階は私一人でした。
メニューは写真付きで、サラダ、スープ、スナック、カレーなどに分かれていて
よくあるインド＆ネパール料理と書いてある店とあんまり変わらないような・・
店内はネパール人男性が二人で切り盛りしています、おなかは腹６分だった
のでカレーはキツイと思い、妙な組み合わせですが、アルコアチャールと日本米
の半ライスを注文、アルコアチャールは量が多く、二種類で￥５８０、半ライスは
￥２００、合計￥７８０です。
妙な組み合わせの注文なのでスタッフが色々と聞いてくるので、ネパール家庭
料理の話になりました。
会話の内容は、当初は色々とネパールの料理をだしたいと思っていたが中々
注文がないので、一般的なインド料理みたいなメニューになった・・・
以前ナマステ カトマンズ 池袋店食べた「グンドゥルカレー」も賄食
ようになっているとの事・・・
アルコアチャールはには、サービスでオクラを入れてマスタードシードと胡麻の
ペーストみたいので合えていて日本的な味でもあると思いました・・辛いのを除け
ばです。もう一品出してくれた少量のアチャールはターメリックとマスタードシード
で合えた温かい料理でした、前出のオクラ入りは冷たい料理です。
そして両方とも御飯のおかずに良く合いました・・・
リクエストすればメニューにない物でも即興で作ってくれそうなので、次回チャンス
があったら空腹で行きます。御馳走様でした。
