ベトナム人のしゅっとした料理人がオープンキッチンに立つ、本格的なベトナム料理が期待出来そうで来店を楽しみにしていたお店の一つです♪
店内は平日昼間と言う事もあるのか、女性ばっかりでして、カフェ風の落ち着いた雰囲気で良いランチをされて羨ましいなぁと思った爺さんでありました（^^）
お願いしたベトナム定食は、「豚肉と玉子の煮物」と言うベトナムの定番のおかずと言った感じの代物でして、更にフォーをミニサイズで追加注文出来ると言うなかなか嬉しいシステムもございます♪
定食にスープ、煮物もスープ、フォーもスープと汁物が三種類出て来た格好ですが、これがそれぞれ風合いが違う美味しい汁＝スープでして、ちゃんとした料理人の作る手抜きの無いベトナム料理って美味しいなぁと感動しちゃった事でありました♪
フォーも嬉しいツルツル麺でして（＝語彙の問題はご容赦 ^^）今度は生春巻きプレートでも頼んでみたいなと思ったお昼時でした♪
