食べログでの投稿は初ですが、何度もリピートしている肝心屋 浜田山店さん。
おいしいだけでなく、他では味わえない『極上の肉体験』ができるお気に入りのお店です。

肝心屋ステーキランチは、その日に仕入れた選りすぐりの和牛を使用。
訪れた日は牛ランプを使ったステーキでした！
牛ランプのステーキ、「うまい！」と声を出さずにはいられない絶品さ。
やわらかでキュッと跳ね返る弾力感のステーキは、噛めば噛むほど赤身ならでは血の滴るようなお肉のうまさが全身を駆け巡ります。
・塩と合わせれば肉肉しさがアップ
・ワサビを乗せれば爽やかに
・ドライフルーツと食べても良し
一皿で色々な楽しみ方ができるステーキで、満足感が高いです。
赤身ステーキはふっくらご飯との相性も良過ぎて、箸がどんどん進みました！
本日の小鉢の「豆腐の牛脂焼き・ネギ肉味噌添え」や蒸し野菜も楽しめ、食べ応え満点のランチに大満足です。

ランプ肉はプルンとしてプリプリで、驚くほどやわらかジューシー！
噛むたびに広がる血の滴る肉のうま味が、もう最高以外の何物でもありません。
ランプ肉はそのままだけでなく、
・口当たりの良い辛さのワサビ
・ドライフルーツを乗せてフルーティさをプラス
しても良し。
食べ終わって無くなったことにショックを受けるほど、絶品赤身ステーキを満喫。
2022年はしっかり肉納めができました！
