Comforting taste and relaxing atmosphere. A hidden Italian Cuisine restaurant in a detached house.
Casa dolce casa means "my beloved home." This restaurant is designed to create an atmosphere that makes you want to say "I'm home!" We offer a variety of fresh seafood dishes, with a focus on Southern |
I just got back to Japan from a solo trip around Sicily, and I'm still not completely out of the mood for Italian food, but I haven't been able to eat Italian food for various reasons, so I was itching to go. Then I heard that this place serves Sicilian Local Cuisine, so I made a reservation and visited. It's located in a residential area, so I wondered where the nearest station was. When I entered the restaurant, I passed the kitchen on the first floor and was guided to a table on the second floor. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and time seemed to flow slowly. The menu was only a la carte, so I ordered the following. [b:① Assortment of 8 recommended appetizers (Oyama chicken involtini, Caprese, Scaiozzi, Bottarga (tuna roe), Squid ink arancini, Japanese octopus affogato, Cheese pie roll, New onion panna cotta, Silver-striped round herring carpione) One portion of 3,000 yen for two people ② Casarecce with sardines and fennel in saffron sauce 1,700 yen ③ Sea urchin spaghetti 2,400 yen ④ Whole oven-baked fish of the day, Golden-eyed snapper 4,275 yen ⑤ Sabbiosa 500 yen ⑥ Crema Catalana 500 yen ⑦ Strawberry jam crostata 500 yen ⑧ Blood orange Gelato 500 yen ⑨ Espresso 300 yen] There is a wide variety of appetizers, including Sicilian Local Cuisine such as involtini, arancini, and bottarga. The short pasta, Casarecce, is also Sicilian. The combination of fennel and sardines is also good. The aroma is nice. The red snapper is plump and juicy. The simplicity of the galloni, with only potatoes and lemon, makes it seem more like a local trattoria. Desserts in Italian cuisine are often simple, but this restaurant boasts a wide variety of options, as it is based in Sicily, where local sweets are abundant. Looking back, it is centered on seafood! After all, Sicily is centered on seafood rather than meat. In fact, the owner of this restaurant trained at "Ristorante Capitolo Primo" in Montallegro, which I visited the other day in Sicily. Of course, I knew that when I visited. It was delicious. I felt the Sicilian breeze!
