黒板に記載された季節の食材を自分で選んで
調理してもらうというスタイルのお店。
食材や調理法に詳しい方には楽しいお店です。
詳しくない私は専らランチ利用です。
ホタルイカと春野菜のパスタ 1000円
セットのサラダにしては立派過ぎるサラダ。
生ハムと香ばしい粉チーズが美味し過ぎる。
こりゃワイン飲まないと勿体ない。
ドレッシングもかなり拘りありそう。
スパゲディは和風の器で提供されます。
ホタルイカと菜の花の苦みが春っぽくていい。
アンチョビーの塩気も丁度良い感じです。
エスプレッソマシンで淹れた深みのある
苦ーい珈琲で〆。
1,000円でこの内容は素晴らしいな。
恐らくモト取れてないでしょうね。
これだけの技量があるなら夜はもっと良さそう。
次回は夜チャレンジです。ここおすすめ。
