前から気になっていて初訪問。フランスのいわゆるブーランジェリーとは異なりシンプルなパンが多いですが、イタリア伝統や地方の特色を生かしたものが多いです。名物はボンボローニですが、ちょっと持ち歩き時間が見えなかったので、アルタムーラと古代小麦のバケットにバターとチョコレートを挟んだものを。アルタムーラはブリオッシュみたいな感じですが、そんな重たい感じはなく食事にあわせやすい味でした。ここはまた行って色々食べたいです。
